Ajay, Founder of CVman and Mr. Recruiter, has over 15 years of experience as an IT and Cyber Security recruitment with network of 1 million on Linkedin. After reviewing thousands of resumes, he realized that many talented professionals were being rejected — not for lack of skill, but because their resumes weren't ATS‑compliant or properly structured. To solve this, Ajay launched CVMAN, where resumes are written by Recruiters, not Robots. His mission is simple: help job seekers present their true potential and get noticed by hiring managers.
